The most important historical exhibition in northern Mexico. It features more than 1,200 artifacts, spread across an area of 15,000 square meters, illustrating various aspects of life in Mexico from pre-Hispanic times through the 20th century, ranging from small everyday objects used by ancient inhabitants to an actual locomotive. This space also features a room for temporary exhibitions, a library and video library, and an auditorium.

The permanent exhibition at the Museum of Mexican History features interactive information stations integrated into the tour, designed to enhance the learning and entertainment experience. The exhibition’s historical narrative was developed by researcher Margarita Loera in collaboration with leading national scholars.
