Grilled meat is a time-honored tradition that
remains deeply rooted among the people of Nuevo León. Noreste Grill
wanted to pay tribute to this tradition by hosting
one of its barbecue events in a molcajete made of
hand-crafted red stone,
which is part of our identity, as
it also offers its guests, in these
molcajetes, sauces made to their liking, right at their
table, on every visit.
Our arrachera molcajete is a signature dish
that we created from the very beginning and has been a staple
on our menu for the past 15 years.
