Monumental Flag
The monumental flag is located at the summit of Cerro del Obispado, at the same site as the lookout point. Construction began in 2003, and it was unveiled on February 24, 2005, to celebrate Mexican Flag Day.
With a flagpole weighing 120 tons and standing 100 meters tall, and a flag measuring 50 by 30 meters and weighing 250 kilograms, this place is a major attraction for both tourists and locals.

Lookout
At an elevation of 775 meters above sea level, the lookout consists of a circular plaza 40 meters in diameter with a flagpole at its center. There are benches, a small parking lot (primarily for people with disabilities), and three French-style gardens. The facilities are equipped with drinking fountains and restrooms. The lookout was designed as a family-friendly destination, so the main path to the summit is very wide and well-lit. Cars can drive up, but the main parking lot is located at the park entrance.
