In Montemorelos, you’ll find the largest Christ statue your eyes have ever seen—we’re talking about the Recumbent Christ, better known as the Giant Christ, which measures an impressive 11.66 meters long and 3.5 meters wide.
It took Mexican artist Humberto Santiesteban Uviña and his three sons more than 11 years to complete this world-famous wooden sculpture.
